Directing Your Donation to the Teacher Wish List of Your Choice
WebThriftStore.com will pay the full amount of the sales amount (but not the shipping or sales tax) to ClassWish around the end of the month following the sale. About 5 business days after that, ClassWish will allocate 80% of the sales proceeds to your ClassWish.org account. If you do not already have a ClassWish.org account with the same email address you use to identify yourself to WebThriftStore, please create one.
Once the funds are in your account, you can allocate them to fund the Teacher or PTA/PTO Wish List(s) of your choice. Just go to their Wish List(s), donate, and you will be able to use those funds when you get to checkout. If you wish to donate more than is in your account at that time, you can contribute an additional amount via credit card or PayPal.
If the teachers you wish to support do not already have a Wish List, please let them know you intend to contribute toward their needs and invite them to create one. Teachers do not have to have a Wish List at the time of the sale, but they obviously must have one in order for you to support them.
We do not currently notify teachers who donates to their Wish Lists. If you want them to know, just tell them.
Thank you again for helping kids get the classroom resources they need to succeed.
